the classes

BOOT CAMPThe motto of this class is "Bring Back Tough". Typical Boot camp sessions include high intensity exercises working your muscles as well as your heart and lungs! This class is the fastest route to Fit!!

BODY FIT
This low impact body weight session aims to build strength as well as cardiovascular fitness. It is a fun, relaxed class suiting beginners through to advanced. new mums and the over 50's LOVE this class!

LIFT
This session puts you through a range of exercises designed to work all the major muscle groups of the body. It will build both strength and endurance using weights such as dumbbells, barbells and kettle bells. The session maybe either timed sets or a certain number of reps. Will suit a beginner through to advanced

METAFIT
This high intensity body weight class is a thirty minute Frantic, Fun, Fat burning, Frenzy! Once you try this class you will be hooked!

BOXING
This fun session introduces you to boxing for fitness. It is a high cardio work out that is full of energy and enjoyment.

INTERVAL RUN
This session encourages you to get out of your comfort zone and push to your limits. The session involves short bursts of speed usually up Kiama’s many hills or stairs. Not for the faint hearted but the benefits of this type of training are worth it!

RUNNING
The running sessions during the week typically range from 3km to 8km. This session is great for clients interested in running who want to run with a group and increase their speed and distance.

LONG RUN
The long run on a Saturday morning is designed around a particular event we may be working towards for example City to Surf or a half marathon. It is typically 10km or more.
